2015 Wrap Up

So I’d like to think that I’ve been so busy with work that I’ve had no time to update you on all of the great things going on here in and out of the studio.  But let’s just be honest.  I’m not a very good blogger.  With that being said, a new year is here and I will give my sincerest attempt to do better (Déjà vu, anyone?).  So let’s start now with a look back at the awesome year that was 2015.  This was a year of both personal and professional growth.  And unbelievable good fortune.  Here are a few highlights.  Shall we begin?

  1. Irena Ong of in a card is now Irena McClamb because WE GOT MARRIED!  I don’t usually share too many personal events on this blog but that bit of news is more than just a highlight.  It’s been 9 months since we exchanged nuptials and saying that out loud still makes me giddy.  I LOVE that girl and I’m looking forwarding to loving, living, and creating with her for the rest of my days. For pics, movies, and details about our dreamy Costa Rican wedding, visit inaplustee.com
  2. Meet the newest addition to the studio… our shop dog and fur baby, Bumble Bee… aka Bubba… aka B.B….  aka L.L. Bum Bee. Too see more of his antics, check out his instagram.
  3. In 2015 we officially launched domains.mindseyedesignstudio.com.  While we always offered website hosting in support of our web design services.  We now have a online portal where you can manage your account and services.domains.mindseyedesignstudio.com
  4. We revisited a past project, BentOnFineWine.com.  You may recall a couple of years ago when we designed a website for Bent On Fine Wine.  Well, every once in a while it’s a good idea to revamp your web presence, keep up with ever advancing technologies, and address opportunity areas.  So this year, we rebuilt BentOnFineWine.com from the ground up taking design cues from the original site.web design
  5. We stepped our product photography game up by collaborating with in a card on a photo shoot for All American Containers So Cal.
  6. We worked with in a card once again (notice a trend yet?) on a website for Birthing Natural Parents.  I am particularly fond of this site’s design.  We incorporated something known as parallax scrolling which gives the site a 2D look and feel.web design

2015 was indeed spectacular.  And there were many other fun projects in between the highlights above.  But we can’t spend the beginning of the new year looking back.  It’s time to move forward.  We have some great things planned for 2016.  So stay tuned for more news and announcements in the coming weeks.

Happy New Year!

Congrats brother! Sounds like you too had a blessed year. Hope this coming year is just as good. It’s been a minute and I’m getting more grey as the days pass. We need to get together.
